I use somatic techniques to help restore the body to a place of safety, expand the capacity to process memory and unprocessed emotions, complete incomplete stress responses, and restore our relationship to our self and the world around us.
Get out of navigating life only in your head. Most of us are stuck in fight or flight responses, living in our mind and avoiding the feelings and processes necessary to bring resolution and clarity. I make the space for you to do the work required to support change and offer techniques for you to sense and regulate your physiology and states of being.
I specialize in rekindling the connection between the mind and body using somatic (whole body) approaches including Mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Somatic Breathwork, and Somatic Shadow Work. My specialization is working with individuals to heal anxiety, trauma, stress, and depressive symptoms. Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, confused? I am here to help!
I provide therapy to adults in Michigan virtually and in person in Jackson, MI.
I am in network with the insurances listed below. If you are not using insurance my rate is $150 per session. You may also inquire with your insurance about reimbursement via a super bill provided by me.
